The ACLU just got Facebook to revise some of its privacy policies and user choices. There’s still a long way to go, but its a start. i think that’s funny about your mom looking over your shoulder - kind of. Yikes! i’m not on facebook yet that i know of, but you’re free to put my videos up there if you want to. Your Facebook friends would probably be ROFLTAO.

My mom does the same thing. Not only that, but I work with my mom, so she and my co-workers talk about me at work. Like I will post a status…and my mom will call me…then i will be questioned at work by the co-workers.
I can’t do a thing anymore without my mom or co-workers finding out.

My mom is all about facebook. Every time a new family member gets one, she suggest them to be my friend, even if I’ve never met them. I have made it so she can pretty much see nothing of mine, but profile pictures. She’s always like “You don’t have a wall!” I just shrug. There are some things that I just don’t want my family to know.

My whole freakin’ family is on facebook EXCEPT for my mom, thank god. And no joke, I “Married” my friend on there and within about an hour my whole family was commenting and shit. And they still make jokes about it. My poor friend.

pro tip: cut your internet use down to only 23h:30m a day, use the 30m for some outside activity, get some fresh air…
todays youth, with the internet and all these social networking sites, its ridiculous

I put up a status of a country song lyrics and got a call from my mom asking what was wrong if my friends were mad at me… I said it was lyrics to a song but that was good enough… it was talking about God and asking God for help I guess she didnt actually read it… It so annoying

i think everyone has this problem. my aunt and cousins are on FB and don’t know I’m gay so sometimes my mom says my aunt asks her questions about the way i dress and stuff from my pictures.
