If you are asking if thats “against the rules” then no. I’m friends with tons of people that go to my high school but I never talk to. Most people do that. It’s no biggie

I think it’s extremely weird when people friend request you when you have never even talked to them, or if you barely know them. I wouldn’t do it.

1st RULE: You do not talk about Facebook.
2nd RULE: You DO NOT talk about Facebook
3rd RULE: If someone sends a friend request and the reciever says “stop” or goes limp, the friend requestr is over.
4th RULE: Only two people to a chat.
5th RULE: One chat at a time.
6th RULE: No spam, no trolls.
7th RULE: Chats will go on as long as they have to.
8th RULE: If this is your first time at Facebook, you HAVE to chat.

Yes, it is alright. You send them a friend request and it’s their choice whether they accept it or not.
