Look for the “My Community” tab on your dashboard like my Xbox, My Friends, etc. Facebook would be the first window showing.

i dont have the facebook pane anywhere on my dashboard either its so frustrating !!!

I have the same problem. It may have something to do with parental settings or being under 18.
